Notes: valtac turns just in time to see the razorwing coming right at him.
he doesnt have time to react to it, but it doesnt matter as he isnt really
shaken by it- please note, in effects the razorwing will shatter and most
everything will be obscured by dust and debris, so valtac should just be a
little shaken bu stable, not getting knocked back or down or anything...
